I truly appreciated the spacious and clean room, which featured an oak framed king bed with a memory foam mattress, making it wonderfully comfortable for a restful night's sleep during my stay.

Stairs were quite steep. a lift would help.

Breakfast stood out, offering a wide range of fresh options like oatmeal and an individually cooked menu that highlighted local ingredients. the noise from the road made sleep a bit challenging at times, and the bathroom amenities could use some improvement. some common areas felt cramped and could benefit from more seating options.

Check-in was a hassle, relying on an email to access a key safe—multiple guests had similar issues. The hallway decor felt dated, and it took a frustratingly long time for hot water to come through. The breakfast room could definitely benefit from the lovely views in the bar, which was wasted as a back room. Getting to the fourth floor isn’t for the faint of heart due to the stairs, especially if you're dealing with heavy luggage.

The breakfast was a real treat, featuring made-to-order hot dishes that highlight local products—absolutely top-notch! The 4th floor room provided spaciousness and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for solo travelers like me. I found a decent array of nearby markets and restaurants, merely a ten-minute walk away, keeping the culinary exploration alive.

The breathtaking sea view from my spacious Superior Suite was absolutely the highlight of my stay 🌊! Freshly replenished tea and coffee were a lovely touch, but the shower took a while to heat up.

This was just an ideal choice for a momentary visit in Douglas with definitely value for money. The breakfast menu included fantastic options like eggs benedict which really made mornings special. Avoid the top floors unless you're fit for a lengthy climb.

Amazing staff and breakfast!

We had such a fun stay! The host was super friendly and really made us feel at home. Plus, the breakfast? Wow, the Manx kippers were delish! Our only tiny issue was the parking. it took us a bit to figure it out. a really cozy spot in Douglas.
